The Director of the company has over 38 years of experience in the Tool Making industry while working with different companies in Melbourne. He has been involved with the Design and Manufacture of Precision Plastic Injection moulds, Press Tools, Special Purpose Machines and Jogs and Fixtures for Automotive, Transport, Building and Packaging Industries. At Ace Tooling, we are well versed in the latest CAD/CAM technology and modern manufacturing methods. We are capable of 3D modelling and CNC machining parts in low volume to batch or mass production of parts.

Our Tool Room houses an Okuma 3 axis Vertical Machining Centre, Vtec 3 axis Vertical Machining Centre, Okuma CNC Lathe (Spaceturn LB400-M), Accutex CNC Wirecutting machine, Electronica EDM machine and all other conventional machines like Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinders and all types of measuring instruments.
